Indeed. This was a "facelift" and some incremental improvements. I wasn't expecting a dramatic redesign of the power train.

I guess we'll find out eventually. If it's significantly more expensive to upgrade to a performance/ludicrous/whatever, I would expect many of the speed junkies to just make the leap to a model S plaid. Who knows....maybe I'll get over my aversion to a larger car and do that myself. :) Best,

I think it's a nice looking car, but it's larger than I want/need. And even though it wouldn't be financially painful at all to just write a check for a MS Plaid, it just isn't worth (for me) the price delta over the apparently now unavailable M3P. :) Best,
