I have seen the drop and I think for anyone who wants to upgrade their current model to a newer Tesla, best is to trade in at Tesla during their quarter end sales, they give better price than auto trader or similar dealerships.

The new M3 does not have adaptive air suspension like Model S, just adaptive dampers/suspension which will adjust damping for the suspension based on various factors while the Model S has adaptive air suspension which can do more than that like adjusting height of the vehicles Having said that...

I did and yes I prefer the M3 as well and that’s why I bought it. Just that on long drives I would like to have a more relaxed driving posture. I do have a gas SUV which is way more comfortable, may be I should replace it with MY LoL (j/k love my MDX too)

Yes front seats are exactly same but you sit higher in MY so the angle is more supportive of your thigh. I drive 90 kms one way so that could be the reason too. But based on what you have mentioned I think you will enjoy M3 more, the driving dynamics are just great.

No, from what I have read on this forum, the 0-60 is same but the power tapers down on the lower power car vs the US one so higher speeds and potentially range will deplete faster

Need to see what’s the difference in M3 sold in Canada vs USA. For performance model the one available in Canada has 10% less power than the one sold in USA.
