Agreed, I got a model x in 2016 and service was great back then... its been going downhill since then.. jokes on me though I just bought a model Y to replace my X :)
I have the same issue. Try it on very low ( suspension) and it should not do it. The higher the suspension the worse the issue is.
I was told by the Tesla tech that it’s « normal ».
Good to know. I have thus issue and it’s worse when the suspension is on Hugh and barely have it when it’s on low. I was told it’s not something to worry sbout and there aren’t any sure fix to it.
In Montreal calling works great. I've actually had a few unanswered emails from them.
They also have a new policy in place, when you call they give you an appointment within the next 24hours. So far great service every time i had to call them.
They are just but not that busy. The sales rep in front of the store are on their laptop most of the time and even the people in the service side have some downtime here and there.
