Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Yes, there are two Model S in my service region being used right now that I know of. The last two mobile service calls (one of which was less than a month ago) were provided by a tech driving an S with TESLA SERVICE across the side.

    Show of hands… Adaptive Suspension

Oddly enough I was just commenting today about a car I had long long ago that had an incredible ride of the same general size of the S. 1997 Lincoln Continental. I know that name brings images of boxy to your head but the 95-97 era cars were actually sleek, powerful, and surprisingly fun to...

    Show of hands… Adaptive Suspension

Thought I'd throw my update in after a lot more miles in the seat and a new (sorta) observation. I've been playing with advanced settings for a while trying to zero in on the best "all purpose" setting to set and forget and currently have the following setting as my favorite. Similar to what...

    Show of hands… Adaptive Suspension

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the custom settings of "Ride Comfort all the way left to Comfort and Handling all the way to the right to Sport" and on the interstate I would say it improved the ride noticeably for me. On surface streets with a surface that was not rough but ... I guess...

    FSD discussion

Agreed, and getting off topic but did also want to note that he often defends Tesla when something is blatantly false, such as "sudden unintended acceleration". He can get a little wound up on things and exaggerate, sure, but it's not for nefarious reasons.

I have a late January build with VIN ending in 681xx that does have 16 GB and I just ran steam successfully on it.

    Help Fight the FUD

The latest video Kyle put out today showing how all the new EA chargers in Colorado are failing in the cold has this piece of commentary in it if you listen at 23:30 for about a minute. From this point. "I keep coming to the same conclusion, buy a Tesla or buy a gas car to go on trips" He...

    Help Fight the FUD

I've known Kyle for many years, from long before he started making youtube videos. He is not one to manipulate and intentionally spread FUD.

Steam integration for Model S built after Feb 2022 only?

Ahh ok thanks, the S is on the FSD beta build so will probably get the update in 2 weeks (6 months).

Steam integration for Model S built after Feb 2022 only?

How did you confirm the 16GB? My car was delivered in February but built end of January so I’m really curious if I have 8 or 16.

    Blue ridge parkway road trip

I'd drive from Cherokee to Asheville, charge at the new Biltmore Village supercharger, and then continue on the BRP all the way up to the VA line and then go to the Mt. Airy supercharger. That stretch from supercharger to supercharger is 200 miles, but travelling on the BRP, even with the big...

Efficiency of OEM 19" Pirelli P0 Elect Summers vs OEM Continental All-Seasons

TeslaFi has a comparison drop down in the efficiency reports. Also, this is the data I have so far on my P0 Summer tires.

    Supercharger - Chapel Hill, NC

Oh yes, the legendary Greenville SC. I did a TLDR for the thread during that debacle: https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/posts/1085659/
