Tire recommendations from 20 inch Uberturbine to 18 inch Tsportline wheels (TST)??

I did this to my ‘19, and it made a significant improvement. I’m considering doing the same to my 2022, as the tires are all done, at 16k miles.

Optimized amount of range, in one hour.

There is a, usually broken, Blink charger at 39¢/kw near one coffee shop, but for publicly available ones, that’s it, TMK. Hopefully, Tesla will bring out billing for L2 chargers soon. One friend lives in a building which had blink chargers installed, which is an absurd thing to do, but...

    Artificial Noise at Low Speed

I realize the liability of letting people change it - but a horse walking on cobbles, or the KITT noise or a jetsons noise would all be much more fun that what they have.

Optimized amount of range, in one hour.

I no longer live in a building with charging. (They are working on it.) As such, my only charging options in Miami Beach, are a garage with a $6/1 hour minimum charge, or one which is $15/day. Both of which have 72kw superchargers. How do I get the most amount of range in the one hour? I...

Automatic valet mode using key card?

Any updates on this? I’d like the same thing. Most of the valets in my building are very nice, but I think one young fellow “borrowed” my car 😁. (At least he washed it)

Any Hardcore Car Enthusiast Out Here? I Have Questions About Going to Model 3

    A) +1 for a Tesla being a good commuter car B) +1 for the suspension team should be beaten with sticks, and told to never come anywhere near a car again. Its, probably, the worst suspension on a modern car. Bizarrely bad, Tesla should be forced to have a mandatory recall over it bad, the car...

Do you have 18” wheels to fit a M3P?

Suggestions for setting up a 3P for city driving

I have my replacement 3P on order. The 20” wheels on my 19 all cracked/dented in short order. The 18” ones road much better, and still seem fine. Are there any “comfort” focused options, which get rid of the strange behavior in high speed corners?

Replace 19" Tires or switch to 18" OEM package

+1 for 18” wheels being an improvement. I like my primacy tires, but I was mostly concerned about noise and ride.

Unsure if model 3 would be right for me - advice appreciated

I grew up down a dirt road, so I like having a car, unless it becomes irritating. (Essentially, when it’s easier/less frustrating to walk or bicycle.) However, if you’re young, and in a bear market with cash, I can see the desire to put money in an index fund. What about buying a classic...

    Model 3 performance ride quality

I think the main complaint is that the ride is harsh, yet unsettled in high-load corners. Other luxury sedans actually do this well - surprisingly, even late 80s Buicks will act predictably, when pushed.

    Model 3 performance ride quality

The best purchase I made for my Tesla was get 18” wheels for my ‘19 3P. I’m trading it in for a new one. This time, I will replace the wheels immediately. 3Ps are fun luxo-barges/Commuter cars. If they had the suspension design of the some of the older Cadillacs, magnaride etc they’d be a lot...

    Pinstripes on a CT?

I admit this may seem absurd, but there is a good local pinstriper. I was thinking about having him pinstripe my CT, whenever it come in, then shooting it with clear coat.

How reflective is that stainless steel finish going to be

TMK, there are standards about how reflective a car can be. Could be entirely wrong but I was told a street car cannot be mirrored.

How many will look into the F-150 Lightning?

    A) I also bought F over this. I think they will do very well with it, eventually. B) We, and probably lots of companies, plan to replace the “shop trucks” with these. A bit more range would be great, but it’s an excellent design for working trucks. C) I have a tri-motor on order and will keep...
