Phone media not showing?

I was wondering why we can’t see music on a phone on screen. Obviously there’s an arrow to access the data just like USB Data I can see when I press the right arrow. Is this coming or is my U/I not working right?

Factory tours? VIP?

Are there different levels of tours? Just pruchased My model 3 and want to tour the facotry how do I go about setting that up and is there really a VIP tour available?
