Hardest part is running it up the wall, really depends on the situation. They can, however to future proof your home nothing beats a $100 AP hardwired to your router/switch. Power line can have very different results depending on the age of the property and heaps of other variables

I would suggest running an Ethernet cable through your roof from your router and then linking that to a Ubiquiti UniFi Lite on your garage roof. That way your tesla should have its own wifi AP

So Elon just tweeted that there isn’t a FSD price increase for another 4 to 8 weeks when v10 is released. Is it possible to cancel FSD on an already made order and not lose your place in the queue? Might be Beneficial to see if you can cancel it, then add after delivery as to avoid LCT.

Tesla have done a pricing update in the USA.. more expensive performance model. Doesn’t look like anything has changed here, other than delivery date pushed to October.

Anyone else surprised there aren’t more used model S cars for sale? Carsales has gone down in listings and Tesla haven’t had inventory for nearly a month.

Tesla lists all the model 3s currently on carsales. My take is that this is an indication of an imminent price increase due to a weaker dollar. Or, could just be to cover selling though carsales and not their system. if you’re holding off ordering maybe now is a good time.

If I may add my 2 cents, I’m in your situation, trying to convince the rents. Showing them that the fuel savings and service costs are enough to pay off the interest on the loan for the difference between two cars (say if they’re planning on buying a car $40k cheaper). Test drive is definitely...

In a similar boat, try making them feel bad for contributing to their child’s early death if climate change hits us as bad as they say it will. Hopefully they come down in price after 5 years and by that time I’ll have a good job and can afford one $70k isn’t viable unless your parents are...

It’s up to anyone who’s purchased a model s/3/x to make sure the people in that price market are aware of the positives of electric cars. How many times do you drive around and see people in 3 series beemers or Audi A4s and question whether they even contemplate buying a model 3 for the same...

However, something no one has noticed is that they are still selling single motor long range model Y, so they might be planning to reintroduce that specific battery pack. But the configurator hasn’t changed in a Kong time and still lists black as default so who knows

I think it was established earlier that the entire battery pack wiring is different for a single motor M3. I’d say they would have removed the part of the line that manufactures a 75kwh pack for single motor

one thing a lot of people forget to add to their budget is the extra insurance that comes with owning a $70k car, especially a Tesla. Add ~ $1k a year for this.

Tesla discontinued the LR RWD variant, including the off menu, in the USA today. Don’t think we will see it unless they start losing demand. White with longer range AWD will be so good for sales in Australia. Can’t wait until I see them driving on the roads in Melbourne. Is anyone cancelling...

I’ve got it set to Victoria on carsales and also tesla. The model 3s without paint jobs are the exact same price but if you add a paint job then they’re cheaper
