We already have reduced capability with the visuals on vision based auto park, full screen graphics etc. Its somewhat expected but I do expect the car to be able to do what was promised and sold.

For NZ/my case this will be based on whats reasonable. The website said 'later this year' for a large portion of 2020, then 'coming soon'. I've had my car 5 years now still no fsd still no timeframe when it will arrive, that is not soon.

Well so far I've had a couple of phone calls from Tesla telling me I have the product, at which point I explain what the product is I bought and how they have not yet delivered it and it gets kicked up the chain more.

Afik it's generally a pretty simple install a lot of people do themselves so I would guess most places that work on car electrics would be fine

1000km for me would be 150kw (lifetime 150wh or so but lower than highway speeds..) , so $127 plus RUCs thats $203 So about $100 per 500km So anything doing 6.5L/100km or better will be winning

Dc charging + Rucs makes it similar costs to a fossil car

It'll be tesla vision I doubt there are useful sensors in the light housing for this, that would be very hard to do Which is a surprise as the auto dimming mains are terrible
