    Can't remove car from account

Definitely remove payment option. I told Tesla in August I had sold my car, following their process. I still have access to it now.. The new owner has charged it on a few occasions, resulting in this: Supercharger Payment Needed We noticed your Tesla Account doesn’t have a valid Supercharger...

    Sentry USB drive recommendation

That's fine, it really doesn't matter, but if its not recording all the time (constantly writing to the storage) where do you think its storing the data when its detected motion? The MCU has no usable storage for Sentry mode, earlier MCU's had eMMC flash storage that failed due to constant...

    Sentry USB drive recommendation

The Sentry drive is constantly recording footage then deleting it, that's happening on the same part of the flash, and USB Flash drives have quite limited writes. It will go on reading the files forever, but of course at that point your sentry wont be recording any new events. You are pretty...

    "Charging equipment not ready"

Try pushing the connector into the car a bit harder, I had a similar issue when my M3P was brand new, the port was tight, I knew my charger worked as I also had an I3.

    Thinking of Selling Up....

I have a slot at WBAC tommorow to sell mine, I was surprised at the offer, although mines only done 2.5k miles (hence why I'm selling) PPF and ceramic coat is dead money, but I can resell the all weather mats, Keyfob, Winter wheels and tyres. Ignoring the mods, the car will have cost me £4k for...

    Considering getting a Powerwall

That figure doesn't include Powerwall install, I was quoted £10k inc install by Tesla too, all Octopus do is hand you over to them. "Tesla Powerwall costs £7,750 including VAT, before installation costs." From the Octopus energy page: Octopus Energy /D

    Emergency steering correction?

Yep, happened twice to me, normally when the nearside camera is blinded, so how its judged I'm too close to the kerb (I'm not) no idea.

    19” sport wheels - £1450 option

That's all covered in the thread above, Mo got the same price quoted as me, but it seems they have doubled the costs of the wheels since then, hence Bongy's reply.

    RHD Model 3 Wiper Size

Well, these wipers started off great, wiped the window and silent, but over the last few days they have been really noisy and missing a bit of the windscreen right in front of the driver. Weirdly, the squeaking is from where the wiper blade connects to the wiper arm, and its really bad. So I've...

Has anyone picked up their M3 and found it riddled with paint defects? Detailing/PPF?

I had that put on professionally too, also not impressed compared to my self coated G-Techniq Crystal Serum Light and Exo on previous cars. I've actually started adding a good Hydrophobic coating to my washes (ATM using Polar Seal) and its much better, but I'm confused if its just no good or was...

    Windshield Squirter

The pipes will have come off the Y connector, its a really common problem, I've even fixed it for another Model 3 at a SuC, Pull up the plastic cover in the Frunk, it just pops off, then look for the Y connector and I bet it looks like this (at either end) "Disappearing" Windshield Wiper Fluid...

Anyone know a quick source for a replacement Sottozero winter tyre?

Looks like its in the rim protector? can you bend it back and see how deep it is? I wouldn't be overly worried unless its deeper than it looks. Hot tips: Assessing cuts in tyres - Matters of Testing eta: Mytyres seem to have stock, not sure if they can do next day delivery though. /D

19 inch Tesla Sport wheels on M3P

Ultragrip Performance+ The 2nd picture is showing that there is no gap to the hub on at least the recent 19 inch wheels, the originals (at least in the US) did not have the 3mm lip needed to fit on the M3P so Tesla would not sell them to M3P owners. Its just surface rust, I hosed down the old...

19 inch Tesla Sport wheels on M3P

Just wanted to show everyone they fit fine. I would say the ride is slightly better than the 20's, but I also have the winter tyres on now, which are probably softer. Running 42 PSI, I didn't notice any more road noise. /d
