This has got to be one of the longest construction periods for any Telsa Supercharger. Construction started in June 2023 and looks like it was basically almost complete in July. Here we are basically in May 2024 and its still not turned on. Anyone know what the hold up?

This would probably be the most convenient one for me. We always stop in Ocala on our way to Orlando from Tallahassee and usually take Route 27 then get on the highway in Ocala.

I checked today too and nothing. Looks complete though.

That's good news because the current stations are frequently filled up. There is only 6 of them.

We were in St. Augustine this weekend and I saw this from the road. It looked like a ton of superchargers. Right next to Chick Fil La too. Seemed like a very good spot.

This is good news. The current Ocala location is very popular and sometimes crowded especially if there are any equipment issues.

I think the fact that Wawa is letting Tesla put these in is a very good thing. Just from some of the pictures posted this looks like everyone filing up for gas will see exactly where they could fill up if they had an electric car. This exposure to EV infrastructure is very good.
