Ordered a week ahead of you. As far as I can tell, based on posts here and what I have been able to glean from the 'net, no cream has flowed since last fall. My EDD is just slightly ahead of yours...

Lot of, per norm, negative assumptions in this thread. Do we definitively know the entire SC line was fired? Do we know it was for reasons that would actually be detrimental to the existing or future SC network? No… but this place always seems to find a way to go to the worst possibilities...

Depends on your State laws/regulations. It is just the way they have to do things. It also isn't exclusive to Tesla. You'll not have a problem rejecting the car or getting your money back if it comes to that.

It's the Cream... I'd say change your config, if it matters/doesn't matter... or remain patient. There is a reason no Cream has flowed yet....

As far as I can tell no ‘24 MSP with Cream have been built or delivered yet. I’m a 23 Dec order with no VIN or other progress, have signed all the docs, everything up to date in the app and have my FSD and free SC charging miles “guaranteed”. Happy to keep waiting if the reason for the delay is...
