Has anyone gotten the stock tires replaced at a Tesla Service Center? If, yes, how much were you quoted for all four.
I went to Discount Tire and was quoted $1,349.15 for Continental LXs including labor and tax
I had this issue yesterday. Tried endless soft resets and have an urgent service appointment scheduled. I drove from Tucson to Ozona, TX in 100° heat with the windows down and made it into the hotel at midnight. We’re leaving this morning at 4:00 and the issue seems to have resolved itself.
I’m...
Just got my VIN! Ordered 5/1 EDD now says June 6 - June 12
unfortunately I’m gonna be out of town that week so I’m gonna have to delay delivery until the 14th
My delivery date just came back June 14-June 30. I’m still waiting until I get a VIN to make final payment.
When we ordered our MX in November, it was only two weeks from ordering to get a VIN and two weeks after that to take delivery. So I wasn’t expecting the M3 to take this long between...
Dropped off my car today because of the acceleration shudder, they didn’t have any loaners. However, they did give me $300 in Uber Credits to use. But, it costs $114 to get back from the service center and drivers kept cancelling. There were loaners in the parking lot but I didn’t know that we...
I also picked up my new X in December 2020 and we started experiencing the shudder during acceleration around 8500 miles, we're at ~9000 miles now and the problem's becoming more pronounced
I hear a creaking sound from the driver's side b-pillar every time I decelerate or go over a bump but I haven't heard anything from the suspension though
Currently have a 2021 Model X Long Range (pre-refresh) and we're looking to replace our last ICE with a SR+ Model 3. I know that there's a significant price difference between the MX LR+ and the M3 SR+ but we're split between ordering a SR+ or a LR M3. What are the differences between the...
I got hit by a driver making an illegal turn today and the bumper, fog light, headlight, wheel well, parking sensor and some other things need to get replaced. Currently thinking about getting it done at the Houston-North Service Center but I’m worried about not having a vehicle to drive. Does...
The trade-in value that Tesla gave me for the Model X apparently doesn't include FSD. However, if Tesla does allow FSD transfer, then I'm switching just for the new interior. If they don't then I'm holding out for the 4680 cells.
One of Tesla's partners has a concept or patent for noise cancellation. I think that coupled with double-paned windows and better insulation, noise cancellation would fix one of my biggest complaints with the Model X: wind and road noise.
Tesla audio partner DSP Concepts discusses noise...
So Tesla announced the brand new Model X with the new interior and exterior. Those who do have the old '21 Model X, are y'all upgrading? Do y'all think the $10,000 price increase worth it?
Took delivery of a '21 Model X on December 1st and received the FedEx package about two weeks later. Okay, what do I do with the packet? I know that I'm supposed to go register it with some authority but has anyone had experience registering their Tesla during the pandemic?
Oh and I took...
Just picked up our Model X yesterday and there were two issues, the left b-pillar camera had condensation on the inside and the side second row seat fails to recline. Does the bench seat on the 7 seater not recline or is there actually something wrong. Mobile service doesn't reach my area so I'd...
I chose the 7 seats purely because the second row seats could fold flat, my family and I absolutely loved the 6 seater but it just didn’t work out when we needed more cargo space.
You’re totally right!!! We’re looking to get a Model Y or Cybertruck to replace our Honda Fit in the near future and we can’t wait to drive thousands of miles without contributing to climate change.
We're definitely getting the Tesla ESA just in case but you're correct, Houston is home to many oil refineries so I hope that switching to electric will help offset those carbon emissions.
I honestly think that once we hit 150,000 miles, we’ll probably switch to a Model X with the new 4680 cells or the plaid so we can get that 500+ miles of range
Thanks for bringing that up, I completely forgot about the cost for a set of tires, however, I guess that cost does come with purchasing Tesla's, in my opinion, best vehicle . The falcon-wing doors do make it worth it.
I ordered the 20" wheels vs the 22", do you think that impacts the tire's...
