Yes she has, i didn't see anything that stated that you can't refer a Tesla customer... but i guess I missed the fine print.

I placed an order with my referral URL and it did not apply. I placed the order for my mom. I know it applied because I used remote desktop and went through the whole process with her on the phone. I even used my credit card to put the deposit. She has taken delivery and now Tesla is in denial...

I got screwed on this. when you take delivery make sure your car is perfect because once you take delivery you're SOL.

I suggest anyone buying a tesla make sure their car is as near perfect as possible. Customer service is horrible after you take delivery.

i regret being so easy with Tesla. I should have just rejected my delivery as there were imperfections. If I had just been more picky I would have saved $3k. I took delivery on June 14. They did the price drop 28 days later. I could have easily just refused delivery and should have. guess that...
