    HELP!! 2023 MXP_7000MLIES_UI_a020 - Steering Assist Reduced.

I guess replacing the steering column didn’t work as it happened again today. Every time it has been while backing up and maybe shifting into d while the car is still rolling back. I get out of car lock and unlock and all the warnings go away. I’ll be bringing it back to Tesla to see what is...

    HELP!! 2023 MXP_7000MLIES_UI_a020 - Steering Assist Reduced.

I had the same issue but with a lot more other alerts. First time it happened it went away and I had no issues for a month. Happened again, and went away again, but made appt with service center. They looked into the logs and said I needed my steering column replaced. Pretty quick fix under...

Supercharger - Los Gatos, CA - Los Gatos Boulevard (LIVE 16 Jan 2024, 8 V4 stalls)

Just saw two Mach-e plugged in and I asked the owners if they were charging and how it works. They said yes it’s charging and “we are still in the testing phase”. I’m not sure what he meant by that.

Current charging rates vs older Model X

Just plugged it in and says it will take 25 min to go from 20-80 percent. Which is about 200 miles on the plaid.

Current charging rates vs older Model X

I went from a 2019 model x to a 2023 model x plaid and it’s a huge difference. I assuming the non-plaid charging rate is about the same. But the new 2023 maintains 250kw from 7-33 percent which was even better than my 2019 model 3 long range(I think peaks at 250 but only from like 10-20...

Supercharger - Los Gatos, CA - Los Gatos Boulevard (LIVE 16 Jan 2024, 8 V4 stalls)

Maybe after 8pm it won’t be as busy cause it’s $0.40 vs $0.23 at the other LG location. But I’m also guessing there are a lot of people with free supercharging too.

Legacy MX 2023.44.30.8 update - Additional AP nags?

Don’t have experience with the update but I just went from a 2019 to 2023. The new autopilot seems to nag me most when my eyes are not straight ahead (even when just looking at the center screen). I’m assuming they do this by using the interior camera. The good thing about the 2019 is that there...

Supercharger - Los Gatos, CA - Los Gatos Boulevard (LIVE 16 Jan 2024, 8 V4 stalls)

Spoke to the guys out there, they said maybe within the week! But they are v4 charging stations so eventually we would need to share with other brands of cars. It’s gonna be a busy site I think with only 8 stalls.

Just saw a bunch of technicians out there today testing. So I’m guessing they will be up and running soon.

My sales advisor said they aren’t allowed to give rejected cars to new customers. At least that’s what he told me and said the car was made in the last few weeks.

Any concern that n2itive installation will void any warranties? Even though n2itive says it won’t, anyone have 1st hand experience.

Model X - Adjustable Camber arms to reduce rear tire wear

Yes I got mine done here. They’ve done a lot of these so they know how to install. I think after install there were issues with alignment due to directions given by n2itive. They fixed it right away and notified n2itive about it.

Model X - Adjustable Camber arms to reduce rear tire wear

I went with n2itive, I see you are in the Bay Area, there is a shop in San Jose that has installed many of these so they know what they are doing.

2019 Model X Long Range Raven - HV battery replacement

Yes but I think the max I’ve gotten from what I remember is 175kw. Model 3,y and newer model x go up to 250kw
  28. P

2019 Model X Long Range Raven - HV battery replacement

Yes that’s correct. 100d renamed as long range and p100d renamed as performance. But badging on car would say “dual motor” with a red line under it for performance. Non-performance would jsut say “dual motor” without the red line.

    List of HV battery failure

I would say 90% charging is supercharging (which is why it might have failed) b/c of free supercharging, highway speeds maybe 75, temperature California, avg watts I think like 420. On a road trip while supercharging, got back to car and 10 different error codes came up and could not put car...

    List of HV battery failure

Recently had a HV battery failure. Did a search and seems like many of them were 2019 model x Raven. Wanted to start a list to see if it’s just us or happens with all years/models. I’ll start. 2019 Raven model x. E battery around 45k miles.

2019 Model X Long Range Raven - HV battery replacement

2019 Raven X 45k miles, E battery. HV failure while supercharging. I supercharge like 95% of time b/c of free supercharging. Seems like a few of us who had HV failure are 2019 models.

HV battery failed, was replaced and new battery failed - what should we do?

My 2019 long range model x also had a HV battery failure recently at 45k miles. It also happened while plugged into supercharger. Battery was replacen about 1 month ago and no issues so far.

Questions about Snow Chains for 2023 X with 20" Rims

Someone recommended super z6 sz441 in the past for rear wheels on older model x. Can be bought on Amazon for $100ish. They said only need for rear wheels. Not sure why not front wheels but I think in previous posts people mentioned something about clearance with chains and front wheels.

OEM tesla model 3 aero wheels (2021) and tires No tpms 5/32nd tread remaining (originally 8/32) so about 60 percent tread left. One rim has curb rash, another has a few rock chips. Two look pretty perfect.
