I work at Hervey's Tire in Rochester (and own a Y) and we will work on Teslas. We have the jack pads too although with yours being brand new we wont need to lift it for an inspection.

I almost went with inductions, but living in New England and them being 20s and lower profile turned me off of them. Imo the Geminis in black and without the covers look better than the inductions, plus getting them powdercoated cost about 1/4 the price of a set of inductions.

I can't speak for the range difference because I threw my covers in a closet the day mine was delivered, but while powdercoating is tougher than paint I think the covers will still do some damage over time.

The lighting is weird in the shop. They are matte black and a pretty close match to the door handles. Ill try to get a better picture this afternoon.

It has to be programmed to your car once installed in your car, or else it will make your car not work. Its not just a sensor, its a body computer and harness.

The part has to be programmed after, which can only be done at a service center, and its the reason mobile service can't do it.

The humidity sensor isnt at fault, its the pressure sensors and that's what the update bypassed. Tesla has pressure sensors on order for my car.

I just picked up a set of these for my shelf and they work great. Combined with the carabiners on the back it takes just a few seconds to completely remove the shelf now.

I've honestly never noticed any low frequency boominess, before or after the shelf, but it does cut down on tire noise coming from the back
