Mine is less than a year old and mine NEVER got above that since December of last year.

Had mine MYP for 8 month and the rated range never went anywhere near 305 - always hovered around 265-275ish. I always charge it to 80% on a daily basis. Do you think I need to have the service center take a look at the battery health?

what i would be more concerned with is if this went through insurance and if it will show up on CarFax...this will create a diminished value case which usually is around d10-15% of the car.

The video by Tesla DIY person is 80% okay. He mumbles and doesn't explain clearly when it comes to the lock mechanism, wiring and where to put the unit and motor. I did the install yesterday myself using the video and manual and it took over 4 hours.

In case you didn’t know, be careful using smart summon pulling your car in and out of a spot next to a curb because the side cameras will not “see” the curb. Just got a nice curb rash on my rim but managed to fix it myself for $28 with Dremmel, sandpaper and some spray paint from Home Depot...

check the assembly holding the rear view mirror (if you use your hand and push against it the noise will stop). Mine was fixed a few month ago and literally came back today.

Over the weekend a passing by Harley set off the alarm and they previous previous footage was overwritten. So I guess the onboard memory will always store the last alarm triggering event.

You can download the alarm footage, but it still remains with the onboard memory.

It wasn't the rust sound. I suspect it was a small rock caught between the caliper and the rotor. The sound has not returned since.

the footage is in the "Onboard" section - not "Sentry" or "Dashboard". Once you launch the footage, there's only a "Download" icon but no delete icon. I've tried to download, but the footage remains in the "Onboard" section and cannot be deleted.

It seems there are really two reasons to hardwire instead of a NEMO: 1. plug is too far away for the charger to reach. 2. you want to charge at 48 amps - max rate for home charging for the car.
