Scott, thanks for the update, this is a problem all over. I have called my service center twice to complain about the issues. I just keep getting the same did you do a reset. You would think that if enough people were calling about the same issue, Tesla would know about it and start deploying a fix.

I have had the same problem for the last 10 days or so. I have done a reset on the car and phone to no avail. I can hear the caller, but they cannot hear me. This appears to be a problem all over and not isolated to one region.

Update on the app, it does not work when the car is in drive. Hopefully, they will work it out since Tesla seems unable or unwilling to allow us to have android or car play.
