Tesla's reman 75kwh option is good one. Even rich or anyone else might charge around 5k to fix it but that's not right fix for failed packs according to experts on forum. I would pick 75kwh option.

I went through their website. They are trying to launch LFP pack next year and make above 200kwh with less capacity as well. I also believe it's pure play for funding but believe them since sandy Munro made video with them regarding current LFP packs with model 3.

I am very happy with 37.8 as well. Nothing to fix and MCU1/AP1 are great as they are. Even if I update to MCU2 I will ask them to install 37.8 again..

That's wrong. Heavy rain or normal rain should not damage battery and if it did damage, it's just bad design and Tesla should pay the bill. This doesn't come under accident or floods I guess, this is just wrong from Tesla

Really weird how you saw that. Tesla sold old pack to customer with car and I guess they don't have any say in what customer does with that pack. When customer asks for new pack, tesla is saying cost is ~$37k with no trade in or ~$22k with trade-in of old pack.

Given their margin of 25-30% on new cars they sell, this doesn't make sense for current owner. Seems like they don't want old cars on road
