It does take a little time but with the software tesla has, they can do it right at the terminal. They did it with my loaner and it uploads your profile from your car and everything. Maybe they can do it with Tesla only customers as there is no reason for them to do it for non-tesla owners...

On the app, each car has a manage driver section for that particular car only. That's the only thing you'd need access to from their app. Tesla needs to hurry up and give Hertz access to their loaner software.

I think if you can't go body color then maybe glossy black wrap for the trim. I imagine the vinyl might take a beating but maybe like dynoshield ppf on the trim pieces. It would stand up better than vinyl.

Great work! Have you guys ever wrapped the plastic trim on a Model Y? The black matte plastic trim makes the Y look so horrible compared to say the Model 3. I would think either body colored which may be harder to do or a glossy black to match with the shine of the tesla paint.

I had a similar ding on the door with the paint and missing paint area in one of the gaps. Tesla fixed it up just fine. If you plan on putting PPF on the car I'd say go ahead and get the dent/chip fixed otherwise it'll be a pain if you decide to fix it later.

what did you do to fix the rattle. I think most Model Ys have that rattle.

The dynoshield (fashion ppf) looks great but it's probably costly and there are limited choices. Hopefully prices for those start to drop as I kind of don't want to do vinyl since it can scratch up where as PPF can greatly reduce micro scratches and swirls.
