i actually ended up buying these. they look/feel great, but did not fit the 7 seater. On the 7 seater, theres actually an extra bump. its flat on the 5 seater.

added a diy ceramic coating on side and back windows. seeing some great results so far. once it stops raining here, ill apply it to the roof too.

what are you talking abt? the price increase has absolutely nothing to do with the folks taking delivery in Q4. Ppl taking deliveries in Q4 have already locked in their lower price from months ago. unless u are talking abt 2022 Q4...

mine started having issues after its dried off (only the front center sensor so far). abt 2 months since the ppf is on. i wonder if it is "too tight/hard" for the sensors to work once it has dried off.

Did you just cut the hole (like the tow hole)? or did u remove the ppf from the sensors as well? thx!

hey. i just started having issues on my sensors too. can you show me a picture of what you mean by trimming around the sensors? did you cut the entire ppf out around all the circles? or just specific ones?

anyone experiencing sensor issues afterwards?

bumping this thread. so ive had the stek ppf since aug. no issues...until the last week or so. suddenly the front sensors stopped working. it now works on and off. took it to tesla sc and they are blaming the wrap. noticed it seem less responsive after rain, car wash. thoughts?

brand new. never used front license holder. pick up seattle area $20 obo.

have the 7 seater taptes. its not bad. just wish it goes deeper (under the seat in front of you). but i think they all have similar shapes/sizes.

this is the first time i've heard of it. personally, i think 1 layer is more than enough. these are good quality films

lightly used oem carpet floor mats.used for a couple weeks while it was covered by other floor mats from my old car. $50. preferably pickup in seattle

there are tons of sites that sell hepa filter replacements, but this is just a replacement filter. it is not the big filter that biodefense uses and definitely wont give you the biodefense button on your screen.

so it has been raining in seattle and i also did a thorough car wash..checked that compartment in the front and it is still dry. however...my front ultrasensors have stopped working..

got my 7 seater taptes yesterday. fit is decent, at least the width wise. i think the coverage could have been deeper (where your feet goes underneath the front chair). the design is a bit short to my liking. it also came folded though.

anyone have updates on this issue? rainy season is starting...

i have stek and have those rings on mine too. havent noticed any issues from a sensor perspective.

so does this mean tesla wont be able to track how often the lumbar support is used - aka was elon talking fully out of his ass? or only partially?

i have a 7 seater and you are correct. not much space lost by getting the third row, but definitely very useful to get that extra person or two in the same car for short distance trips!

yea unless you plan on adding on layers of glossifier after plastidip, plastidip on its own wont give you the effect you are looking for.

does ceramic coating the trim protect it from discoloration?

planning on using avalon king on my ppf.

mine was abt 60%. they should also have charging stations there for you to top it off a bit before you leave.

thx! its powder coat. i plastidipped a few parts on my previous car and saw it starting to come off after 3 years. didnt want to go through the same thing again with the rims in 3 years.

what ceramic coating did you use? diy? did it make it more shiny afterwards? does it retain the matte quality?

was at sodo last week. didnt have the same experience you had, but my dog mode no longer works, might need a sensor replaced or something...

i opened mine up and it is dry. manufacture date of august. it hasnt rained in seattle yet. i have been using AC and my AC drains properly ( large puddles on the ground). so i dont think HVAC is the biggest problem.
