How long does Tesla take to send the form, I applied for it online from the Tesla website and that was 2 weeks ago for my cars. This would have been better if they ad iload d the form on out Tesla account vs waiting for the form to arrive.

After multiple test performed by the Enelx team, they have determined the charger is not responding to it software. The tech support team has decided to send me a replacement unit. It’s a PIA if you ask me , now I need to shell out another $250 for electrician to hardwire the replacement unit.

Contacted Enelx Suport, there is a software issue on their side for load sharing. Hopefully they can sorry this out. I charged outside with the juicebox48 and was able to charge at the full 48 amps.
