Agreed, and you may also agree that aero's primary purpose is to increase downforce to increase traction and braking capabilities. So albeit beneficial in a straight line it's really only going to be noticed on a track with actual corners?

Fair, although the stock Plaid is a heavy sedan and isn't the best track day weapon. It's really just so we can all feel smug about our electric car choices when we rip away from all of the other cars at the lights :) The Unplugged Performance Model S that Randy drove is a total exception here...

May I enquire which track this was on? Just curious of the types and speed of corners that you were dealing with.

To be fair without some serious aero added no one should be going that fast in the Model S. It rides like a cup of jell-o at high speeds.

If the mobile service tech wants to keep my two yokes he’s going to have to reimburse me for them. Considering they made me pay for a round wheel — it’s not like I’m upgrading, just putting in what should have been there in the first place.

Yup, my purchases are confirmed but the mobile service appointment isn't scheduled until mid-April for my Model S &X.

Interesting, thanks for posting. Most of the people who are fans of the yoke believe it provides better visibility to the screen. Based on this image it looks that the wheel doesn't really impede your view too much -- curious to know your thoughts.

Yeah, they've been perfecting the 1-peddle response over the last couple of years. When I got my 2018 Model 3 Performance (made in a tent special) it wasn't this good... it got progressively better and just makes it so easy to drive. (Don't forget to get your brakes serviced though!)
