The Model 3 Performance qualifies for the tax credit because of the 2170 battery cells, and it's the only Model 3 that does. The Standard Range and Long Range models both use Tesla's LFP packs which do not qualify for the tax credit.

My MSP came with 9 miles when I took delivery. Normally is between 5 and 15 … beyond that it means the car was probably driven to a service center for some fixing or warehouse was far from your delivery location. Either way, 40 miles is no big deal … if you look up, market says up to 200 miles...

I simply replied with what happened to me, not insinuating, as there’s seems to be a glitch somewhere on Tesla’s system, depending on several variables. We cannot say for sure others won’t get it, as my “friend” and I did get it, even though we were not supposed to. That’s the nature of a glitch.
