That's a good point, but I have "exclude home" checked for the walkaway locking feature. Isn't turning the car off a separate action from locking the doors? I know those 2 things coincide most of the time but I wasn't sure if they are one in the same. The Bluetooth takes over my audio, but...
Got my 22S detailed yesterday, when I got it back, the push-the-charging-port-door-to-open-it function no longer works, and when I walk away with my phone, the Bluetooth keeps playing.
What are my options for either wrapping or swapping my stock yoke for something heated with carbon fiber/Alcantara? Basically still the yoke with different materials.
Somewhat on topic, but would installing an amplifier and a bigger sub be a viable option? I've always known that the alternator needs to be beefy to support the battery for hi-wattage setups, but no idea how that would work in a Tesla (22SP).
Same problem here. Light’s On when deep cubby closed, off when it’s opened. Took delivery of my SP on 12/12.
By the way how do to know when your car was built, down to the day?
I just signed up for three months of Tidal for $1 after it was added to the screen (22 S). It says many of the tracks are master quality level; does that quality (i.e. high bit rate) come through on the native Tidal ‘app’?
Is the cardkey a proximity key, like a phone, or does it have to be sitting on the front wireless charger to drive? All the photos I’ve seen show the card and even the fob sitting on the wireless charger.
The rear entertainment screen plays videos, but the sounds say they are muted by driver. I don’t remember muting anything. I can’t find anything in the manual. What’s that all about?
It doesn't make sense to have one mega thread for most popular topics. I have a '22 P and I'm not sure at what page to start reading relevant info. Guessing which page to look at is frustrating. Starting at the last page and reading 'backwards' is the best solution I can think of and even...
Did somebody really ask if the insurance policy would get affected by putting on an aftermarket steering wheel? Oh Lordy. That guy probably calls his agent to give updates on his tire tread depth.
I ordered my Plaid in Aug, picking up 12/12 and I have a '22 VIN. If that helps. I wasn't sure what I was going to get. In this case, the slow manufacture time worked out for me as I really wanted a '22 vice '21. Lucky strike I guess
As someone who is scheduled to get my SP in December 2021, at what point do you reject the car at delivery vs just take it and have the SC do their warranty work on it later?
I had a March date from an August 19th order for an SP. I don’t see a date anymore but instead “We will reach out to you to schedule your delivery date.” Do you missing date people have that statement too?
7 month wait! Sheesh
OK basic question and not really worth its own thread but, after configuring and "ordering" I had to leave the process in the middle of it where it says payment. It feels weird to just leave the order in the middle of a page, but is that how it's done? I did get an order #. WIll I still get a...
