    IS Towing with the CT going to be practical?

    According to how much your towing… the range of a V-6 gas powered F-150 towing 4500 lbs is about 180 miles … so if the 30 extra miles is critical to you and you don’t mind forking over $50 to $60 bucks each time then I’d say don’t waste time on a Cyber Truck

    There’s no real correlation between a model Y and a CT … for the Tri-Motor CT the only real comparison would be with a P-100 Ludicrous….     The new 4680 batteries were Not part of the range equation when the CT was 1st introduce… the 4680 was developed from real world tests on the Tesla Semi truck which is the tech being used in the CT… I think the ranges will be as advertised under optimal conditions… add weather , traffic, lead...

    I can’t speak for a EV towing heavy loads … for the practical experience some folks are posting on YouTube and here are very favorable…. Now … I do tow my 5th wheel trailer (42’ Forest River Sandpiper 13,600 lbs) with my 1 ton 3500 Ram 6.7 Cummins …. my tow range is 240 miles on a single tank…...
