No nothing like that. Teins were great, I liked them a lot and ride height between my MPPs and Teins were similar. Teins were just a tad softer than what I wanted and needed. They were perfect for every day driving and even on the occasional spirited driving, it was good. Nothing wrong with them...

Switched from Teins to MPPs for my Model 3. Aligned it and ended up lowering it .75" in the rear and .5" in the front.

I see you rolling around sometime on Hesperian. I'm usually in the Model 3 or my MYP on TEs.

I probably need to do something like you instead of using wall racks.

MPPs and KWs are perfect. I'm also making this switch and having them installed next weekend. Now all my cars are on KW based products.

DLLM! Love the Inno. I think I am gonna pick up a 660 and have it paint matched.

Available WTT: System Spec TE37’s (TMPS + PS4S)

Problem with other Volks that are not the mainstream wheels is the lack of resale value. TEs, CEs, REs & even ZEs are the most easy to resell and hold their values pretty well. Other Rays' wheels rarely do well with resale. Some of the older multipiece stuff sit for a LONG time on the market...

Available WTT: System Spec TE37’s (TMPS + PS4S)

There are few people running the G025s especially in the OC and socal lol. Mackin Industry had their Model 3 on the wheels at one point too if I remember correctly.

    20x8.5 square Work Brombachers installed

If you do refinish them and there is plenty of caliper clearance, I would reduce the adapter sizing and reduce the offset so you can run a much larger lip.

    20x8.5 square Work Brombachers installed

Bronze faces!!! That's the color combo you had wanted no? Lol Looks great. Nice daily setup with tons of meat. Did you have caliper clearance issues with them or the adapters already minimum width? 15mm?

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

But it would also be a good choice if they intended to retain US parts suppliers and allow the Performance to also qualify for the rebates. Most wheel suppliers for OEs are overseas.

They are forged and HREs from what I understand. They look better without the aero clip in pieces.

They are indeed expensive, but worth every penny. Resale value on Volks typically are pretty close new especially if they are in good shape. Au costs maybe much higher than say even the US but they usually come by the container loads from Japan. For those that love swamping wheels like sneakers...

In that style... well there lies your problem. TE37s is likely THE most replicated wheel in the aftermarket world. Reps are everywhere. Genuine Volk Racing TE37 Ultras are load rated for 750kg+ and are JWL+R Spec 2

Still working on getting those ZE40s. Gram Lights will be up for sale once I get them.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

As much as I liked the v601's driving feel, they got progressively louder and louder. So far for me, the FK460 had similar if not better road feel than the v601s, better tread wear and lastly, MUCH more quiet of a tire. The v601s were great when new but seemed to progressively have more of a...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I'm sure it would work but I think you'd probably need to raise your car for sure and the sidewall would definitely look more like a floatie. 255s stretched a tiny bit, 265s are perfect & 275s would be a tad wide.

Yes sir! It's by the pits and not on the map on purpose as they didn't want people to just drive up for supercharging LOL. From google images as an example:

Def lower it lol. I'm on Flex Z as well but may change it up back to MPPs since I usually run KWs on all my cars.

Try applying ceramic coating over older faded plastics. They last much longer than wd-40 or back to black.

    I NEED a Taco, but I'm stupid and considering a FL5 Type R or a 997 C4S/T4S instead LOL.

    adizon's M3P build thread

Love the variety of cars you have had, a true car enthusiast. Would love to see your Audis as well, especially since I came from VAG cars as well. Although more recently, I'm considering between a FL5 Type R or a 997 C4S/T4S as my next fun car.

Did the OEM TPMS/Valve stems not fit the Advans?

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Firestone Indy 500s are not square at all, they run a bit narrow when I ran 255/35R19s on a set of 19x9.5 HRE FF10s I had on my S4. They are great tires though, didn't have any problems with them. Treadwear was average but grip and feel was pretty good. They are the American version of the JDM...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

All around -2 degrees front and rear for me but when I installed my coils I simply did "pull in" or from our installers stand point, push in the cradle before tightening the 4 bolts as well. The bore for the 4 bolts do give enough tolerance to around -2 degrees. That being said, I'm also...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I commuted about 70-75 miles a day to work as well but switched to the MYP every other day with my wife as I get free charging at work. They lasted me about 20k miles which is why I switched to the Falken all seasons which does have longer treadwear. The Advans were sticky but terrible treadwear...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Just switched from my 255/35R19 Advan Apex V601s to my 265/35R19 Falken FK460s and they did not have any inner camber wear on them.
  41. C

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I'm on factory camber arms running less than -2 degrees front and rear with 19x9.5 et25 front 19x9.5 et22 rears both with 265/35R19s.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

18x9.5 et22 should go up to a 255/40R18 That will likely have the best fitment for you and fill the gap a bit. You could opt for 57DRs in 19x9.5 et25 like I have on my car but I'm also running 265/35R19s.
