Sometimes the vibration happens when the foam inside the tire loses adhesion and bunches up. The only way to check is to take the rim off.- prodogs

Model Y 20" induction wheels unstable at highway speed
Check to see if your tires have acoustic foam inside , if they do it may have come loose and bunched up. My son had this problem in his Model 3 and removing the foam feed the issue.- prodogs

2022 Model Y Long Range AWD <50 miles, Charlotte
