I just put on a new set of the O.E. Goodyears about two weeks ago. Discount Tire had them in stock. I was greatly surprised I squeaked 29k miles out of the original set that came on my Y. The pic they use isn’t the correct tread pattern but the tires that came in were.

Satellite imagery comes from Google. I’ve noticed some areas in my town still have the old warmer green imagery vs the new cooler blueish images. Tesla has no control over google maps

They are heavy. Also very prone to rash being 21’s and a short sidewall. There’s two MYP at work…they both have rash on their uberturbines. That being said, I still thing they are the best looking factory option. But they are heavy. Hehe

I do basically the same thing. I charge from about 15/20% to 70% twice a week at work for free. Unless we do a lot of running around after work then I’ll plug in at home. But that’s not very often.

This is the type of kit I’ve been waiting for. No messy wiring showing in the arm rest and being able to retain use of the power outlet.

I second what avs007 said. Simply tap the lock icon next to the clock and you’ll hear two chimes and the icon will change to an unlocked lock. I do this as I’m pulling up to the drop off area. Once stopped (not in park) my daughter opens the door and hops out.

I press the lock icon next to the clock as I’m pulling up to the morning drop off. As soon as the car stops my daughter opens the rear passenger door and hops out. I don’t believe I’m touching the brake as is super low speed area and I’m so used to 1 pedal driving.

Definitely looks like a matte screen protector with bubbles under it. But looking at the edge of the screen I can’t see any raised edges. Interesting.

Do you have a link to the kit you installed? I definitely prefer the location of the dash strip being lower like you have it. Also any pics of it during the day with lights off?

I charged mine at work on a 40a connection. Set the limit to 80%, came out to unplug at lunchtime and the car read 85% 🤷🏼‍♂️

Same thing when I purchased my used Y. The previous owners must have hit record on every single drive to work, shopping, movie theater like everyday. It was full of dash cam videos. They also liked to tailgate others in the highway 😳.

Was the key card left in the car? I’ve had the app stop working before but the card worked fine to get in.

I believe you still be restricted by software. I think early on MYLR and MYP shared the same rear drive unit. Some folks would use the ghost module to unlock the extra umph.

This has probably been done a bunch but… since I was a Next Generation fan as a kid.

I can see that being nice if you need a bit more cargo room but still want/need the rear seats upright.

Does anyone know of a company that makes a wheel like this for the MY? I really like the shape. It reminds me of my buddy’s C8. Sadly the internal electronics from the MS wheel won’t work.

I had the red LED yesterday after a brief power outage the night before. I went home on my lunch hour and flipped the breaker off for a few mins, long enough for me to find the install paperwork. Once back on, I logged into the wall units WiFi. It did show an internal fault and an update...

I was wondering about the software as well. I’ve gotten all the regular updates pretty regularly since my October purchase. After a reboot this afternoon the “your enrolled…queue” message is gone and the FSD toggle showed up. I tested it on my way home. Pretty crazy.

Being a fairly new owner (mid October), I’m pretty happy with it. Previous “infotainment” experience was fords sync system which I felt was very redundant and lacked a lot in smooth transitional use between certain features. I would like to see a bit more subtle color used in the Tesla UI.
