The bumper is very easy to remove and replace. A few clips and a few bolts. However, you will have to remove the lower skid plate that is attached to the lower part of the bumper. It’s few 10mm bolts and clips. The color match will be tricky since even at the Tesla factory they can’t get the...
I am selling (1) one brand new Martian Wheel MW03. It’s fully forged and was never mounted. I decided to buy another brand. It’s 20 X 9.5 perfect for model y and 3. If you are in need of the gunmetal grey MW03, this may be the last one ever made. I believe Martian Wheels are going flow...
I finally decided to take the entire front suspension apart and found the problem. It was the upper control arm. The part that holds the knuckle was completely drain of all the fluid. It left to the joint free to move around and clunking as the suspension went up and down. Instead of getting...
I have the same clunk from the left side of my MY22. I changed the suspension to UPP and the swaybar links and bar were also changed. At first , it went away, bit after a week, it came back. I thought it was the sway bar links too. I replaced the links with Redwood and it still persist. I...
Look like you will have to remove a bunch of things in the frunk and front bumper if you want to thoroughly clean the condenser and radiator. There a few YouTube videos on the subject.
I would recommend buying a set of adjustable rear camber arms. I did for my Y and had the alignment shop correct the negative camber. Unplugged, Mountain Performance, and Redwood Motorsports have excellent camber adjustment.
Name your price and when you want to pick it up. Unfortunately, I will be busy this week. Hopefully sometime next week would great if you want to meet for the pick up
Yes, I installed the Hansshow version 5 on my Model Y. I got sick of kids slamming the doors. I’m happy with the results since it much more civilianized now.
That’s perfectly normal. It puddles b/c of the front slope near the 10mm bolt. I notice that when I use my air blower after my car wash, it can take out most of the water.
Hopefully you have resolved the issue already since it’s been a while. If not, compressing the spring to allow movement from the top hat is important. There is a correct alignment of the top hat. The longer side faces the front. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Once you mount the top three 13...
I have the front and rear stock sway bars for sale from a 2021 Model Y performance. It’s pretty much new since it was removed with less than a 1000 miles on the car. Asking $100. Prefer Bay Area pick up If you’re interested.
I have the front and rear plastic skid plate for 2021 model Y performance for sale. It’s pretty much new since I replaced it with the aluminum skid plate at 1000 miles. Asking for $100 if interested. If you’re in the Bay Area and want it, let me know.
If money is an issue, then plug it and see what happens. I had several flats in the past and used plugs to patch the damage with no issues. However, if the tire is pretty worn down, I would get a new tire. This tires are not cheap.
I am in complete agreement with you. I was in the same boat four months ago with the purchase of the MYP. There should have been some compensation for those who are out of luck for the rebate or incentives. If TESLA want the loyal customers to buy another vehicle after this, they have...
