Yeah I admit I’m not using / driving to be range sensitive - but 100 miles from full charge is surprisingly (to me at least) low. Have been averaging nearly double that in milder weather

That means it’s not paired properly. I had same issue with ps5 controller when it was first released - been fine for a while but I do usually need to do a two button reset after every software update (good practice anyway). Try un-pairing / forget device - two button reset - then pair again...

Yep. Tried plugging it into glovebox USB and it works whilst plugged in but stops working as soon as you unplug it - tried unpairing / rebooting car again. Still doesn’t work. Controller software is up to date. What a nonsense.

I tried to pair my PS5 controller after updating and whilst it sees it and seems to pair (it’s listed in the devices) it won’t connect when I power on the PS5 controller (using the PS button). So, can’t get it to work. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hmmm. I would if cctv shows no activity near the car when it happened. Whose to say it won’t happen again if, say, it’s a faulty motor or sensor?

It seems to reset the warning to ‘medium’ after every update - whereas I usually have it off or ‘late’ I’ve turned the auto steer bit of lane departure off as had issues with it before (non Tesla) but have ‘warning’ on which vibrates through the steering wheel when lane departure detected...

Perfectly normal. Not sure details. It it’s to do with battery heating / cooling. I had similar concern when charging at a rapid Ionity charger for the first time - had to Google it 😂

Hey all, Having issues connecting to the car via app since yesterday. Phone and car reboot hasn’t resolved. I can wake it by being in Bluetooth range and unlocking / locking via the app - but it then won’t wake up again via app once it’s gone to sleep. Anyone else?

Will be interesting to see if USS equipped models get this update and, if so, what happens to their USS….

As above. Yes they do. My Y came with a 7.5m type 2 cable as well as the granny charger.

Not the only one, no - but a popular one. There is also OVO anytime ev charging tariff - there is a sep thread on that one. Likely others but those are main two at the moment I believe. I’m monitoring at the moment as my fixed 18p kWh ends in July - but think my charging needs are too low...

Received mine 2nd March. Matrix headlights (I believe - projects ‘Tesla’ when doing light show) but otherwise functionality not used / enabled. No idea on cameras except the seem to work!

Model s and x have just been released with HW4 and are now in the wild. They don’t have a front bumper camera (or similar) - same config as HW3 🤷‍♂️ who knows the answer is.

I think mine took about 10-15 mins. I was offered it when out at the shops and stupidly scheduled it to start at 12.30pm instead of 12.30am. Which meant I had to wait a bit before I could drive again. Also, had a bit of a panic, as at a certain point during the update - you can’t unlock...

You’ll need to run software update after you have WiFi. I had the same. Took a while to install during which you can’t drive - so bear that in mind.

Your choice obviously, but I took delivery of my USS-less Y yesterday after wanting a Tesla for a long time and I’m loving it. Yes, I’d prefer it had USS and yes it did take the shine off somewhat, but so many other things to enjoy about the car.

I was checking it regularly - but I got a notification from the app to say a new product was available.

Just got app access granted. So took a few hours - cheers all and enjoy your cars

Oh. And no premium connectivity - assume I’ll get the trial / option for that once I have app access.

Got my delivery a lot for tomorrow - 11.30 via driiveme - so guessing it’s a driven delivery not transported. Not too fussed as I’m fairly close to the Glasgow SC it will be coming from. Good luck to this collecting / receiving today - remember we want pics and info!

I’ve not told her yet, but will before car arrives 😀. I think having the three cameras (for reversing) will help soften the blow - and the promise of Tesla Vision ‘coming soon’.

I got my 23 plate on the 2nd Feb, delivery scheduled for 2nd March. Guess the get allocated a tranche of registration plates to use ahead of 1st March. Doesn’t get registered with DVLA until delivery day though.

Seems a bit weird, I’m delivery on 2nd March and have my reg and vin (got them on 2nd Feb). Maybe different UK regions / SC’s work different? Keep the faith!

Ridiculous you were 100% right to reject - hopefully you get a quick response from Tesla and, as others have said, you should be compensated for a wasted journey at least. Local SC should have clocked that and flagged it before you made the journey.

If you’re uk based, it’s unlikely you can track your VIN to a specific ship. But given your delivery date I’d expect it’s on Glovis summit
