    Yup. Removing concrete and disposing of concrete was not a line item. Let the new WaWa going in deal with it. Just Kidding - no WaWas in New England. We had a Sonic directly across the street from this site - but they lasted about 3 months.

    “Wonder what's the other pad with conduit sticking out” Not sure. But it might have been the old ChargePoint pads. This replaces the old chargers and they reused nothing.

    Was there today. Dec 6th and Tesla equipment is onsite. Three large crates for cabinets and looks like a 4th crate for bases/stalls? Also, asphalt laid back down by the pedestals.

    Update Nov 15th. Cement pouring of stall footings. Conduit onsite. No Tesla equipment that I saw. Trench dug from stalls to transformer area.

    Not much in the way for food except Starbucks. There is a large empty parcel perfect for some sort of restaurant but no one seems interested due to the zip code. (I.e. Lawrence)

    I live close by. Yes ChargePoint is there and almost never used at this location. If they propose replacing what is already there it should be a fast build. ChargePoint has two fast chargers wired up but only installed one post. Not sure why.
