I like the matte look a lot but wouldn’t pay that much money for a full wrap. Why didn’t they put your badges back on?

If I were to switch I’d go down to a 20”. Instead of 275/35/21 I’d go 255/50/20 to keep the wheel wells filled out but provide a softer ride. Or… something like that I’d guess.

Similar to you. OD was 1/20 (MYLR) and changed to MYP (kept OD the same). Same EDD range. I did get a text yesterday telling me my VIN is 1-2 weeks out a d start finalizing my delivery tasks so that’s pretty cool.

I’d love to know this as well since I live near Austin and have taken many other brand’s factory tours.

I received mine via UPS today as well. Weird, a lot of us are getting them at the same time. Mine looks fine. The box was a little beat up but I’d blame UPS over Tesla on that if you know what I mean.

That’s almost exactly what I did 👍🏻 I had a blue/black MYLR and switched to a white/black MYP. Super excited because I was ready to spend $2K on a spoiler, rims, etc. for my LR already.

No change to my EDD unfortunately. My order number stayed the same so I’m probably still in the same queue even though I switched from a LR to a P. Looking forward to getting my party started.

Well now that the IRS lifted it's price cap for Model Ys I switched up my order to a White Model Y Performance. No change to my EDD 2 so we'll see what the next update is. I wish I had a better answer. The Sales Advisor specifically told me I couldn't change the color from Blue to Gray without paying the new MSRP (which was $500 more than what my order was locked in at). I don't like it either but that's what I was told so I didn't switch.

It's not misinformation at all. I literally called the Sales Advisor to see if I can switch colors because when I tried to do it on the website it was only quoting me the increased $500 price. She confirmed that if I am to change my color I have to pay off the new MSRP because I don't have a VIN...

Yep, just updated my order from a MYLR to a MYP... :-) Now I'm glad I didn't get my VIN yet.

If you switch now you have to pay the higher MSRP unfortunately. I tried to change from the Blue to the Gray which would have been a no-cost change would now cost me another $500.

Tesla said they are shipping my Mobile Connector out to me now so that’s a good sign. I heard that happens right before you get your VIN. 👍🏻

Tough find. Everything I see on Amazon is plastic. The ones on the Tesla site don’t look cheap at all so maybe those are what you need.

I was told by the Tesla showroom guy that all 7-seaters come from Fremont (Austin isn’t geared for that). Not sure if it is true but he seemed to be of sound mind 😜
