There is a much simple way to get Ext4 by using MiniTool Partition Wizard or something similar (for windows 10 or 11). The caveat is that you will not be able to access the USB (or SSD) via windows unless you install special driver.
The service center in my area will not replace them unless they see water accumulation at the bottom. I had a discussion with the service center manager and he explained that even the new ones will get condensated due to the (poor) design. I have attached the Tesla response after they cancelled...
I have owned many cars (Honda, Suzuki, Nissan) and my wife currently has '22 KIA Niro EV. None had moisture in the tail lights. There should be no ingress of moisture and if there is than it is not "normal".
Typical Tesla - The tail lights on my '23 M3 tend to fog due to condensation. Went to the service center to hear the words "it is normal"...
My love for Tesla is quickly diminishing...
It is amazing that a design flaw like described here are not covered. This is not wear and tear! my '23 RWD has tail light condensation problem, went to the service center only to be told it's "normal"...
My car has also clicking/creaking noises coming from the passenger side. I have no love...

LFP owners, what is your SC speed when charging from around 35% to 80% when the outside temp is 38 F ?
Mine was around 108 kWh with the battery pre conditioned.
I tried to use the EVgo CCS charger (9585 SW Washington Square Rd, Portland, OR) to charge my M3 RWD. Sadly the charger went up to 17kW and stuck there. I continued the charge for about 30 min but it never move over 17kW. The price was for per minute so I got charged 38 min X $0.25 = $9.5...
