Are your revision F up level or base? I have a 2017 Model S 75 and mine originally came with base. Do you think I could install Up Level?

Yeah, that is what happened to me also. I wish there was an easy way to turn the feature on.

were you ever able to turn on the actual fog light? I know the strip turns on automatically, but what about the foglight?

I was doing it at first however, after a couple of washes I decided to start automatic car washing.

Does the vertical screen Model S have carwash mode? If not, what are some tips for using an automatic car wash so the charge port doesn't open etc.
