    Rubber floor mats M3LR 2021 vs M3LR 2024

Not in my experience, when I got mine there no 2024 versions available, but if you have them already might as well try. I ordered what was available and it fits, mostly. Rear was ok but front had tabs for securing under seams/gaps not there on the new version, also had cause to bring passenger...

    Automatic boot - Highland

Just to say I've just had the update on my M3H and after enabling the option the automatic boot opening worked for me with my iPhone 15, hopefully it'll come to android soon.

Sexy Buttons resume autopilot function - Brilliant !!

I'm not sure how on track they are, I ordered it and a couple of extra buttons back in October

Sexy Buttons resume autopilot function - Brilliant !!

Well, it looks like they are delaying the Highland version of the S3XY knob, again, although funnily enough no communication or posting about the delay. I am wondering if I should just continue to wait, try and cancel or see if I can swap the order to just buttons instead🤷‍♂️

    New Highland UK - stalks

I guess that's means unless you buy a MY this year you won't be getting a new from factory Tesla, since it's only the MY that still has stalks and I'd suggest is highly likely to have them removed at its refresh. I've done just over 800 miles in my Highland, mainly local around town and 2 long...

2024 Highland Model 3 - time for some accessories?

Let us know when you've got them, since the website link you gave says they are LHD. I ordered the 3W mats as Tessories did not have the floor mats in stock, the ones I ended up with fit but there are definitely differences between the 2023 model and the 2024, but the differences don't annoy me...

    Salary sacrifice prices

For a Y LR over 48months 10k on OctopusEV it comes to 589 with a Scottish postcode, even with the £23 worth of charger and credit difference it still works out £80 per month more. No wonder all these firms hide their pricing behind logins, you (and/or the company) can't actually check what...

    Salary sacrifice prices

That sub £500 is still a good deal, just checked my provider for the Model Y and it was over £600 too for the LR, who is the provider? Just for others benefit as I had to go for 4 years to make it as cheap as possible!
  9. S

    Salary sacrifice prices

When did you take that lease out though? I think it's unlikely to find anywhere now where you can get a M3LR for that price given the interest rates but would be interested (out of perverse curiosity) to know what scheme that was. When I first tried to sign-up for the old model it was around...

    Salary sacrifice prices

For me, the only reason I have a Tesla now is because it's through salary sacrifice. I unfortunately missed the boat (pun intended) for the 2023 Model 3's with the cheap finance, but my salary sacrifice came to £615 per month (last I checked it's up to £635 for new agreements now) which includes...

2024 Highland Model 3 - time for some accessories?

I took a chance and used Tessories for mats, which came quickly despite them using Evri ! Unfortunately they still don't have the floor mats in stock and am just not sure if others in the UK actually have any for the 2024 (highland) model and don't want to risk ordering the wrong ones.

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

I had similar experience, no answer to the texts. I had a call from Tesla about issues with the delivery lorry and when I didn't get a call back after a few hours I tried calling and went through the automated system but never got through so requested a call back. I eventually got a call back...

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

My M3LR finally arrived around 6.30pm very exciting, got the initial bits sorted and profile saved but so much to learn and get familiar with! Arrived with 6miles on the clock, just been out for a short drive and enjoyed it :) Although, when I got back out the side pillar camera caught my eye...

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

I also just couldn't justify spending even more on a colour, but will be happy with the blue. That is if my car ever turns up, I had a call at lunchtime to say the transporter booked for it had broken down and they're trying to sort something out :(

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

Nice! almost wish I'd gone for the Red, but have chosen blue as my last 3 cars have been red :D I'm still waiting to hear about my delivery slot but have had the Tesla email for signing acceptance through first thing, fingers crossed it comes before dark and I can check it over in the light.

2024 Highland Model 3 - time for some accessories?

Now people have the 2024 "Highland" Model 3, does anyone know if the older mats fit? Tesla accessories still only show up to 2023 model and 3rd party ones seem to be a bit hit or miss as to whether they have them in RHD and in the UK (I'd rather not chance international shipping) I think the...

Sexy Buttons resume autopilot function - Brilliant !!

If you're checking their website the date format is Month/Day/Year In emails it shows it as local (UK) format Also, just because I was curious, the internet archive first has the page 30th July but I suppose the page could have been different, either way you'll likely get yours before me as...

    2023 Shipping Movements

Mines the same, presume something will come through sooner or later from either Tesla with a date or the leasing company. Not much point worrying, just annoying the date has now gone but another post/thread talked about deliveries starting from 29th

    2023 Shipping Movements

It's probably not of any consolation, but whilst I have my vin/reg, the Tesla website doesn't do anything when I click on the view button and has the wheels missing!

    2023 Shipping Movements

Interesting, I've only ever had the one text from Tesla with the RN and no further messages, yet the app still shows the VIN/Reg and delivery window. Mine is also a salary sacrifice, through Octopus, and I've seen a few other posts about receiving sms updates but is it usual to get/not get...

[UK] 2023 Orders to Delivery for M3 and MY and personal shipping related questions

My estimated date has changed yet again for my M3LR, it was showing as 21st Jan - 5th Feb but now is showing 12th Jan - 13 Feb, all very exciting/confusing!

[UK] 2023 Orders to Delivery for M3 and MY and personal shipping related questions

Interesting, mine was ordered on the 10th November by Octopus and the Tesla app originally showed just Jan-Feb, then after a few days it started showing as 8th Jan - 25th Feb. I'm presuming it must just be a window X days from the order then, given you ordered after me. I wonder if the...

    [UK] ebike discussion

I never said you did, but others who want cyclists off the road do but unfortunately for you, there is no law to say cyclists have to use the very few cycle lanes there are. So like with tractors and horse riders, you will just have to be inconvenienced for most likely just a few minutes as you...

    [UK] ebike discussion

That's what I say, most use bikes that do not need to pedal, and if they have a motor they are not classed as legal peddle assist but rather motorbikes and subject to different legislation, throttle controlled peddle bikes were stopped a while back and bikes limited to 2mph walk assist when not...

    [UK] ebike discussion

E-scooters are currently classed as a motorised vehicle and as such, in the UK, riders need to meet specific requirements such as having a license (not sure on the helmet) and insurance when used on public land and this is currently limited to only the rented scooters as the rental includes...

    So… Highland is out…

I thought it looks better than that wood finish and the panels seemed nicer to me, it's all subjective. When I thought my order was going to be the 2023 model I was planning on getting that changed, but the new one looks better to me when I sat in it, but have only test driven the previous...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I totally get that, and they have to use their own finance rather than using all of their cash injection, I just meant they weren't likely to be using the rates Tesla is using (like the 0% to clear out the LR RWD) I was just calling out that their jump in price might not have been to do with the...
  28. S

    Model 3 Leasing UK

You presume Octopus/Fleet finance is based on what Tesla is offering. He may be wrong but the Tesla guy I spoke with when I did a test drive said Octopus buy them as "cash" as far as Tesla is concerned so it's not dependent on the finance offers Tesla are using to shift stock. Either way, it is...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I get that, I just called it out as had ordered an AWD in September for less but had the order cancelled/prevented by Tesla. I know finance is shocking but most rates had at least slowed I thought. They don't seem to make their own numbers up, as those stats are on the EV database
  30. S

    Model 3 Leasing UK

Given the 0-60 was shown as 5.9 over the weekend and now it's 4.4 I'd say it's as right as will be. Also they don't use the fairytale wltp ranges
  31. S

    Model 3 Leasing UK

If I had kept to the same 3 year term, the highland AWD works out to be around £107 per month more expensive, after tax than the previous version, despite costing basically the same. Which is why I've now changed to a 4yr plan to reduce it a bit and have sent feedback to them via the person...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

Octopus EV have updated their site so that the AWD is correctly displayed and has the right colour options, interestingly the LR RWD has gone again, although not surprising. Despite the highland refresh costing slightly less outright from Tesla, the current pricing from Octopus actually makes...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

It looks like Octopus EV have updated their website, but have for the details for the models wrong 🤦‍♂️ The most expensive (presumably the AWD LR) is showed as RWD in the estimated mileage description and when you try to configure it only shows white, blue, black which are the colours for the...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I'm not sure if it's the same for all types of contract hire, but Octopus EV told me they can't order until early-mid November.

    [UK] ‘Highland’ order discussion

You're lucky, I've just had Octopus EV cancel my order for a M3 LR RWD after getting all the emails from them saying it's ordered but didn't get as far as getting a RN from them. Apparently Tesla has now stopped them ordering any M3 until early-mid November, so guess will miss the first ship if...

    UK Highland Orders

This seems to be the same for Octopus EV too now, the M3 RWD LR was listed on the website earlier today but has now disappeared along with the other versions. I had my original order for a M3LR with them cancelled a couple of weeks ago as Tesla had stopped orders they said and had decided to go...

    [UK] ‘Highland’ order discussion

I had placed an order for a M3LR via Octopus a couple of weeks ago and then they cancelled the order! As between the time it took my HR to sign off and get the paper work back to them they said Tesla wouldn't then accept any more orders other than for the RWD LR which is in stock already in the...

    So… Highland is out…

I think because Oz is a smaller market it's easier to guarantee them deliveries when they are producing less during the switch over period. I've not seen talk of moving M3 production to Germany, not sure it would make sense as China is closer to the other major RHD markets. I'll be getting it...

    So… Highland is out…

Either way I'm left trying to find the posts about the LR AWD to decide whether to try and get that or wait for the stork-less highland whenever Tesla reopen their books, which sounds like it could be paused for a while

    So… Highland is out…

The guy from Octopus mentioned the shutdown, but as he claimed to have no idea about Highland back before it launched when I mentioned I was hesitant about ordering as I knew there was an update coming, I just put it down to the short pause I've seen reported elsewhere and assumed they'd already...

    So… Highland is out…

First time poster but a long time lurker whilst I've been researching and making my mind up on which to order through the Octopus EV salary scheme. I had finally pulled the plug and decided on the Long range AWD and thought I'd be happy with either the current version that I've test driven or...
