I should’ve said the Hertz blog says bring it back at a minimum of what it was when you rented it. @bmah said he rented at 95% and came back at 83% but did not have to pay a recharge fee. I agree that bringing it back at 100% would be impossible so I was glad to hear there’s some leeway with that.

This is interesting that they told you to bring it back at 80%. Hertz’s own blog on renting an EV says you need to bring it back at the same level you got it or pay $25 - $35 for them to recharge.

Thanks! So there is only one exterior speaker. Unfortunately, there are no seagull license plates in Minnesota so I'm sticking with my chickadee. I'll plan to get the loon plates for my next Tesla. Those birds can make some serious sound. 🔊😁

Mine goes with my license plate. Although I edited the sound file to make it as loud as I could without distortion it's pretty quiet coming from the car. The lock sounds from Tesla seem much louder. Are there multiple speakers that those use that mine doesn't?

Do we know how long the WAV files are allowed to be? Having a lock sound run on and on would get old fast.

I agree and I’ve said this on every survey from Tesla. I’ve also said that I will not be recommending a Tesla to anyone until it’s fixed. My dad’s 1979 Oldsmobile Toronado did cruise control better than my brand-new MYLR.
