Yes I have installed a brand new 12v battery, the screen and everything is working but the charging port just won’t unlock. I am able to open the charging port from the screen just fine.

Hi Peakay, They ran full diag on it and came back with this conclusion. I never had any issues with battery charging and never faced issue with battery degradation.
