When did you order/get VIN? Might be on some later ships. My first EDD was 7-22 mar, but VIN assigned pointed to G Poseidon. I assumed that the car would be in the country a lot earlier but i was late In the bottleneck of delivery centers. Dont know how fast they go through the deliveries.

I experienced a huge difference in both the info and general helpfulnes the two times i have talked to them, it might be worth a second try. But yeah, there is always the good old patience option.
