The issue hasn’t reoccurred thankfully.

Update for anyone who may experience the issue. The mobile service tech had to disconnect the 12v battery and fully power down the vehicle. When it came back I like the wifi and Bluetooth were functioning again. He said there’s a bug with the software that’s impacting some new vehicles...

Just an update on this in case anyone else experiences anything similar. The car won’t connect to wifi or Bluetooth either. I have a feeling there’s a component / module that’s not working correctly. Tesla have booked a mobile service tech to come to my house and take a look.

Yeah I tried that this morning and no luck. I raised a ticket with Tesla and they just gave me a call to say the car also appears offline to them so something isn’t quite right. They’re going to continue to run diagnostics but it might need someone to come out and take a look.

Hey all, this morning my M3 hasn’t been able to connect to the internet while driving so I can’t use music streaming etc, and my Tesla App says the car hasn’t been seen for 18 hours. Is anyone else experiencing any connectivity issues in Melbourne? I’ll raise a ticket with Tesla.

Got a text from Tesla this morning saying my car is ready early (was planned for pickup on Saturday) so booked in a 17:30 pickup for tonight at Mulgrave. On my way ☺️

I received my first update exactly 1 month after placing my order - it was an update to the EDD in the Tesla app

I just got a call from Tesla. They said the Orca Ace should be arriving in Melb in the next day it too and they’re hoping to have the car ready to be picked up on 27/03 or 28/03, right in time for the Easter break! Will be incredible if it all goes to plan :)

Oh yeah I was wondering about that myself. Mine says model year 2024 on my final invoice. I only ordered 19/02 though maybe that’s why? I know some other people here ordered last year.

I have the same EDD as you and received my final invoice yesterday morning and in the afternoon received the email asking me to sign the registration form.

My vin isn’t showing in the vehicle details section under the order number but similar to some others in the forum I found it by selecting “documents” which is under the big blue button. It’s in the “application for vehicle registration” pdf
