Took delivery of a S 75D on 21th september, order confirmed 3th august. 75 kwh sticker and BTX5 In Norway. Seems like the 85 kwh deliveries was just a phase. Still very happy, car is awesome and alot quicker than my old rwd S60.

It probably goes closer to the 400 mark really, as the gauge multiplies by every tick. 50 - 100 has the same distance as 100 - 200. thus the next mark after 200 would actually be 400, and seeing as many has reported above 330kw (using other measuring tools) with the new performance it seems...

Looks pretty decent, a bit low at the beginning, even my old S60 (2014) had higher top in the beginning, getting 105kw. I have yet to see a BTX8 car with the new AP2.5, new backseats and Air suspension. I would stay with the BTX5.

Heres a quick video with a 60 kwh (350V) vs an 85kwh (400V) supercharging. if you look at the voltage you can easily see the difference.

Labelling the car wrong wouldnt help much.. when you supercharge it will be easy to distinguish a 350V and 400V pack, just look at the charging voltage. 400V pack will show way higher voltage than a 350V pack - simple as that

My norwegian 75D built sometime in august (and is now on its way across the sea) says BTX5. Could this BTX8 stuff just be a phase for tesla to get rid of old stock 85's?

you can activate AC from your IOS or android app. Preheating or precooling the car is awesome :) It drains from the main battery - hence you will loose range.

Anyone know if the configuration changes after the car is done in production? My "norwegian" model S which is per now in production says BTX5.
