I have a similar intermittent lock sound problem. When I go to Controls-Locks the lock confirmation sound switch is grayed out (not selectable). Going to Toybox-boombox and fiddling with the custom lock sound there somehow causes the lock confirmation switch in Controls to become available.

I'm also curious how the queue works. None of the superchargers I've visited have any kind of obvious waiting line. They are in parking lots (like HyVee, or by a restaurant or hotel) and any line would be blocking other cars or otherwise causing congestion.
