If you use a pressure washer on the car the charge port will pop open if not in car wash mode.

I find if the car wants to change lane, a singe flick of the indicator will work. However,if I want to change lane with no blue animation showing I have to hold the stalk until the lane change is complete.

Although .9 is just minor fixes, I see it’s going to take 55 minutes to install. It usually takes 35.

It does not happen in France or Spain, and possibly elsewhere in Europe. Just the distance to your exit, then complete silence.

Just installed 14.5 and 14.8 in one go. This is a first for me, I’ve never had two updates at the same time. 14.5 Tesla Vision with a graphic of of a car parked, 14.8 minor fixes. I’m going to a garden center later and will test the new Tesla vision auto park. MY with USS.

Oh, didn’t see that thanks @randompixel I’m in Spain at the moment and can confirm it does not tell you to keep right at every junction, silence until you reach the exit junction. I think it did in UK though, can’t remember.

The regen gauge is missing. Wipers are just as bad on Auto, but the new card that pops up allowing the different settings is good. I always seem to get updates early, maybe it’s because I drive everywhere on Autopilot and Tesla get more data from me to train NN..Maybe not.

I’ve had the reconnect email but I’m waiting until after next Tuesday as I have an important appointment, with no Super Chargers on route. Sticking with 100% reliable car control of charging.

My io message advised using the car to schedule charging. While they work out the problem with io. I don’t know if I’m being thick, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to revert to letting the car control charging!.

I find the Wi-Fi signal twice as strong on my MY as the previous M3. Around 40 Mbps compared to 20 Mbps for the 3.

The “parts” arrive at the service center today. They haven’t said what the parts are. I’m booked in to Stratford on Avon on Monday. I didn’t know there was a service centre there, I usually use Bristol or Cardiff. I will have to drive myself there using paper maps. The horror.

I already have a service request in. I am waiting for Tesla Service to respond. In the meantime I just want to know what the likely cause is. As per my original post.

Happened after.8 software update and wrongly attributed to that. Tesla virtual service couldn’t fix it and passed it on to service center team. I’m still awaiting them to get back. The problem was, no autopilot, backup camera black screen, map screen frozen. What is the likely cause? Will it...

No, regular MY long range. Should have said Backup Camera.

Just put a service request in. Screen frozen. Autopilot available. Rear screen black. I would hold off updating for now. I have rebooted three times.

It notified me at 0100. Woke me up.

When going down a steep local hill, (Frooms Hill Hereford if anyone knows it) I sometimes Knock it into neutral to give the brakes a workout, today it wouldn't shift, and a message flashed up "to shift into neutral Press N" or something like that. I think this is new in .6. Dry wiping. Sheesh.

2.4 is a lot better for me. I use AP on A roads all the time, and had no nags at all on my last drive. Maybe you should give Tesla a call, and get them to push an update, I think it’s strange that you are on 2023 software, I’ve had several updates this year.

A couple of months ago I considered trading in my MY for a Toyota. They wouldn’t even accept the MY at all. Gave me directions to WBA.

I also experienced wipers not working af all after the update. Turns out the update had set the wipers to Off. after resetting to Auto, all was well.

I’ve only done a couple of chargers on iO, I’m using a Tesla dumb wall connector, one thing I did notice, when plugged in it start charging at only 1kwh. anyway drew57s method of setting both the car and the charger to the same value will ensure I receive the correct charge in future. Still...

Overcharging. Car set to 90% IO set to 50% woke up to car charged to 63%. Overcharged by 13%. car was at 40% when I plugged in. is there a minimum charge level. I wish GO was still available.

Just wondered, the card I used to use has closed to individual use, and I’m off to Spain next month with a Revolut card.

I’m on 20.9 and it’s now reporting my Tesla dumb wall connector charging at 32 amps. It used report 16 amps. So, that’s something.

After my renewal quote from LV I test drove a Lexus yesterday. But I just couldn’t bring myself to buy. I really hope Tesla Insurance makes it owner here soon.

That looks like a scratch to me, not a crack..
