Checking in on this supercharger from my cars screen here in Warrenton the charger shows “reduced service” Maybe that’s why users are seeing a lower charge rate than expected at a 250kw station?

Does everyone’s car have a secondary catch to keep the hood from flying open if the hood is unlatched while driving ? My October build doesn’t have one if I remember and a P3D I looked at built in December did have a secondary catch. Maybe I’m mistaken , pretty important device I wou”d think.

Stow away seats are not really compatible with the battery design in a Tesla vehicle. They are nice though.

There are several safety feature additions Tesla could and should make that only require software updates. Audible blind spot lane change warning(helpful since it’s not great to be looking at the screen ) Audible rear cross traffic alert Surround view or whatever using existing cameras.

The color seems to be affected greatly by the lighting. I don’t think the actual paint being applied has changed it’s used on S and X as well. Flourescent light = purple cast (yuck) Cloudy day = dark blue Bright sunlight= bright metallic blue

I’ll likely be covering the white dash strip as I found the light reflection quite tough to deal with on sunny days.

Very surprised at Tesla’s choice for tire in the 18” setup which you figure is / should be looking for maximum efficiency within reason. That particular Michelin is not the best for low rolling resistance .

Bridgestone ecopia tires have very low rolling resistance. They are oe on the leaf and hybrids. Not bad for commuting quiet , good wear ok in the snow.
