Man, that's rough. It was +12 when I took those photos. We're not really sure what's going on here weather-wise, hoping it doesn't all catch up in March.
Hello all,
Long time viewer, first time poster, just want to thank you all for making the wait a little easier with all your photos and information over the last just about two years now!
Let me preface this with I have no new information, just a unique sighting and another positive opinion on...
Received an image of said car from a good friend who also watched the show, for the few that may be interested.
*This really should be in the Model X forum*
Can't remember the last time I used fog lights for their intended purpose. Nowadays, good quality low beams do a much better job.
And LED turn signals are SO MUCH BETTER than standard bulbs that they can afford to be a little smaller.
Elon, if you're reading this, don't worry about it.
Going to bring up a quote from one of the greatest philosophers of all time, Unknown.
"Don't knock it till you try it."
We all gave Elon a chance when he said he was making an electric roadster. Again when he said he would make his own sedan from the ground up. Again when he said he would make...
They made the Roadster, the Model S, and the Model X. To my knowledge, no one has made a better EV. The Model 3 may have a different focus but it'll be the best EV for the price. They day another company comes out with a better EV is the day Elon sleeps in.
If you were a Day 1 reservation holder, I want to thank you on behalf of the entire community for allowing us to get our cars earlier.
(protip: don't cancel until we have actual details from Tesla, not tweets.)

$1250 for an in production X 100D spot
Edit:
Ahh I see what you did, new post for your price drop. In the future to save from clogging up space, just edit your OP so you retain all your comments and views. A post with activity is far more inviting than one with nothing.
Adding my thoughts, my current car is a bit of a technological dinosaur so I'm both nervous and excited for the Model 3, mostly excited but definitely nervous. Single screen business will take some time to get used to but I understand it.
And to those speculating on a HUD, be careful you don't...
In most of the Germans as you've used as examples, the body styling changes are to accommodate bigger radiators/coolant systems/bigger engines. In the case of Tesla, we all know not much changes "under the hood" if you will. The Germans do a few things for aesthetics but a good deal of it is...
I'll leave this at: If anyone in Canada wants to get out of their Model S lease, shoot me a message, though I won't hold my breath. Makes far more sense to just wait for the 3 anyway.
Call me ignorant but I actually haven't looked into the details of an international lease transfer.
Based on my experience doing trade to the US and dealing with money payments and transfers across the boarder, I can only assume it's a pain. The banking system in the US is very different from...
I'm an impatient early Model 3 reservation holder who wants to go electric sooner than later. Being on the east coast of Canada, I suspect I won't get my 3 for another 2 years.
Looking around to see if anyone in Canada has a lease takeover they'd like to do (as I'm assuming taking over one from...
No Bolt for me but I applaud GM for (hopefully) leading a long-range EV trend in the mainstream auto industry. All these sub-100 mile EV's need to go for a larger number of people to consider the switch. You could say the sub-200 mile cars should go too. 200+ will begin to convince people and we...
It's also worth noting that as much as Tesla is a business, their goal is that accelerate sustainable transport quote Elon throws around fairly often.
Whenever I've spoken to Tesla salespeople in stores, it seems their primarily goal is to get gas cars off the roads. Of course they want to...
I loved easter eggs in Grand Theft Auto as a kid.
I absolutely cannot wait to have them on my car! Adds an innocence to Tesla, other car companies are far too serious.
Lighten up VW, smile for once, come on.
Oh this is good news. Even if only 10% of buyers select the option, it'll make the auto journalists happier, which means good reviews, more sales, more electric cars, more value, etc.
*I want it*
If Apple were seriously considering building a car, they probably would have tried to buy Tesla by now. When I imagine what an "Apple Car" would look like and mean to the world, I feel like it would be very similar to what the Model S is and has become.
I don't think they're going to build a...
I reserved at 7:27pm on the 31st, an hour before the event and 3 minutes before the online reservations were scheduled to open. I was watching the live stream when the menu changed early out of the blue. Punched my details in lightning quick and clicked confirm. I think I beat the online rush.
I'm usually not one to stir the pot of rivalry or mock competition because both rivalry and competition are good for us consumers...
That being said, I am a Tesla fan through and through and found it very interesting that the first result on YouTube for "Chevy Bolt" is the one recent review...
I made mine because #hypetrain and I've been a Tesla fan for many years. After seeing and hearing about the car, I may actually buy one now. I want to join Team Tesla.
