Why would you want to change your chargeport? I like the legacy chargeport better.

they did end up replacing the radar which was a whole new part # (rev), I read it wrong did not see radar at first and thought it was the park assist sensors they were talking about.

believe early 2021 you had option to choose walnut trim

What about the inner trays under the sliding door? Those also have decor. Sweet gonna look nice!

Did they replace your center console? Or just replace the decors on it? If only the decor make sure they didn’t mess up the function to your sliding door and inner trays cause that thing is hard to disassemble.

Shouldn’t affect it, just think they don’t wanna be liable if anything does happen, mine has ppf and still has parking sensors, had no problem with mine, but they do need to remove the front fascia to access it. Also check your front end fit before cause they’re notorious at not properly...

Yes it’s the radar itself, not the parking sensors.

The new radar without potential water intrusion is a whole new part number, nothing to be worried about just udated rev. Confirmed after my service visit.

But will they update the interior decor trim on the UI as well is the big question?

Yep that is 100% the part, those little holes around the edges of the grommet secure onto the wheel liner.

If I can remember correctly it’s just a rubber grommet, don’t believe tesla has just the grommet in stock, so they have to order the whole liner.

By any chance can you post your latest service invoice of the last visit, want to show my service advisor they said it wasn’t available yet.

Original OEM/ stock set up. I have yet to receive the n2itive rear cambers arms but they just shipped them since they were back ordered since July when I placed my order.

Oh and forgot to mention tesla service just inspected my tires as courtesy last week, doubt it even gets put on a lift, they probably only check depth I’m assuming?

God I hate These Rear cambers arms, 12k miles about 6 months worth of use, right on time when N2itive’s finally ships out the back ordered adjustable rear camber arms… another 2k down the drain coming up.

Not sure why radar was checked tbh, as I only set up appointment for my driver seat issues, my appointment isn’t till the 29th. I’ll see if I can get more info on that date.

June build 2021 model s here with radar still installed, has anyone else had this done recently? I’ve had fsd for like a year now with radar not enabled (or so we think), wonder why they need to replace the front radar sensor if they were going to stick with tesla Vision.

Is there anything similar to this for model s refresh, I leave my car parked out in the scorching sun in the valley while at work, don’t want my headlights to starting fading yellow. Maybe a magnet version just to cover the headlights from being exposed to the sun.

Also don’t be surprised if one goes missing, those push pins they provided will eventually fall out. Seen multiple members lose some of theirs already. Design is trash for sure.

I brought my tools home to fix it myself when I got in my car after work the seat ended up working normally. Didn’t do anything at all. But yea think I won’t set my easy entry all the way back also. What I do notice is sometimes before I go in to work I do lay the seat back and exit my car...

So annoying, sure enough after the latest FSD beta my seat gets stuck again and this time seat calibration don’t work.

Have you guys tried to calibrate the seat? mine got stuck a few weeks ago also and it started working after calibrating it.

Those tail lights look sexy in that white. Def consider wrapping the t bage looks sick.

The headlights is the only thing I’d want upgraded. Old headlights are dim at night compared to the new. Also I wonder when tesla will allow you to manually set day light running lights while driving and not only on park.

Tail lights are nice, but the charge port door.... im not a fan.

If your model s has a charge port door that opens like a falcon door congrats you have matrix headlights lol.

Ain't no way in hell anyone is going to remove the decor from their center console and mess up the mechanism for the sliding door and sliding cup holders. That thing is a PITA to disassemble. Also since the wood and carbon fiber material is different its not just a simple swap on the center...

There is a cut out on the footwell for the light bar maybe yours is not aligned on the cut out. Or check to see if the light bar may be broken before taking it to service. I already had bad experiences having the service techs working on these new p2 models, So I try to work on my own car when I...

When you turn on the rails and if you have ambient lights enabled should turn on the footwell lights in front and rear as well as on your door panel pockets.
