Mine also came without EAP even though I paid for it. I called my local service center (where I took delivery), and they pushed out EAP within 20 minutes. No idea why they would say it takes a week.

Yep. I was also told the new standard for NC is home delivery. You will have a couple of days to report any issues, and then you can schedule time to have any issues corrected. I keep telling myself that we are the testers for Tesla learning how to do mass deliveries. This forum is a great place...

I will cross various thing for you. I am past the point of no return as well. I have no vehicle anymore, so we only have one car in our family now. My husband is gone for business until Wednesday and I have no car. Hopefully my call from Tesla on Tuesday will be good news.
My advice is to plan the delivery around your schedule, and not the other way around. That way you don’t change plans only to end up with a moved delivery. I am guessing the deliveries they missed due to this storm will cause a bit of a backlog they will have to work through. Mine was scheduled...
