I’ve owned a Tesla for 8 years now. Service was best in the world in the early days. I’d call them, we’d talk about it, and they’d say bring it in tomorrow and we’ll take care of it. Fast forward to today…not the best in the world any more. I’m sorry for the folks at the SC, same great people...

So if I honestly believe it is a warranty issue, and they disagree, they're going to charge me $185 to tell me we disagree and they won't fix it?

The title says it all. I've read elsewhere in reviews that our local service center asked someone for $185 to look at their problem and confirm it was covered by warranty (it was). This sounds nuts, but after so many complaints about service I have to ask.

One month waiting. Still waiting for my 2022 MYLR to get my FSD trial. Got a sinking feeling it's not going to happen.

Just opened. Also the Bus-ee's in Adairsville, north of Atlanta, just had their superchargers open.

Once you choose the supercharging part, the automated answering system refers you to the website or the service app. Years ago I reported a broken supercharger using the number actually printed at the SC station. That's a thing of the past now.

The top of one of the stations blew off and was sitting on the ground. Looks like i wasn’t properly attached. I set it back on, but there is NO WAY to contact Tesla to let them know they need to secure/fix it. Since the stall is working fine for now there will be no equipment error condition, so...
