Haha. I must have flipped on by accident. It's definitely fine from the passenger side, but from the driver's side it is very noticeable. Unfortunately, that's where I am sitting all the time! I think I just have to suck it up until the screen craps out, just like the ghosting windshield.

The more I look at my replaced screen, the more ridiculous it looks to me, but please let me know if I am out of my mind. The gap on the top right of the screen is absolutely massive relative to the bottom right. Does anyone's screen look like this?

I wish it was a simple misalignment fix, but the screen is fixed in that position and not adjustable. After viewing a few other cars on the lot, those are also the same way (albeit not as bad), which leads me to believe that they must all be built that way now and I just never noticed it or...

On MCU1 unfortunately. On 2018.18 and early 2017 build. Curious how frequent crashing is for us MCU1 folks. Mine seems to do it every 2-3 months or so.

Thanks - that's a good idea on resetting after firmware installs. The MCU crashes are annoying because it doesn't let me summon the car out of the garage. It could have been at 100% for a week or a day. I'm guessing somewhere in the middle.

No - I checked max power output and saw that it increased from low 300 to close to the max of the range shown. Matches the video from my post #87.

I'm not in the car. I look at the gap between tire and the wheel well. As soon as I get in the car, it levels out by reinflating the suspension. All fixed now though.

Happened to me, though one side was 2-3 inches lower after car was parked. Air suspension was leaking air and they had to replace it.

I'm guessing this is more of the Tesla nonsense of terrible internal communication. If only it were made clear on which vehicles are eligible and why, and which vehicles are not eligible and why.

VINs aren't always chronological. By the time my VIN was delivered, there were inventory VINs 4000 higher than mine out there. Though all things being equal, I'd go for the higher VIN since you don't have anything else to go off of.

My understanding is that if a code is "maxed out", you do not get anything. No $1,000 or free supercharging. You have to use someone else's code to get it. Someone please correct me if wrong.

Same reason here. Faulty cooling tube and full battery replacement. Took about 2.5 weeks to replace which was surprisingly quick.

They wrapped the mirrors. They must be completely removed first so that the wrap covers the full area that rubs. Any paint or plastidip will eventually rub off on those areas.

If someone who has not owned a Model S or X before buys one with a referral code, they receive supercharging on that specific vehicle during their ownership. Do they also receive the benefit of free supercharging on any future Model S or X vehicles they purchase?

I don't think they're making any changes. Same thing has happened to me and one other person so this makes three. Must be a bad batch of batteries. They are replacing mine with a new inventory vehicle. Interestingly it seems they deleted the thread on the tesla forum.

Costs around $250/wheel around where I'm at, but still, $1k is much cheaper than $3k. That pricing doesn't make any sense, though PUP doesn't make much sense either. There's still going to be many people who want it regardless for OEM quality/assurance.
