    Technically yes, but Tesla can pull info from HiRes odometer fairly easy. And I don't know many people who can have root on 3 and do this kind of stuff it's not worth it

    There are only two possibilities they either swapped ICE from a totaled car without properly updating config, or fixed the car, reinstalled new seats and mb something else and didn't do software re-deploy to get everything up to date. In any case somebody didn't do their job right

    it could be an issue. I've come to a conclusion based on the error messages on the pic, from my experience you see those error messages about "software update required" only when you swap ICE and the version of firmware on ICE / GW is different from version installed on actual hardware...

    I'd suggest everybody to relax. Tesla bumped BMS energy buffer from 2 to 3.4 kWh in 19.32.x. which translates to around 6 miles or usable range loss.

    12 KW inverter doesn't have this feature, but 15 kW one does. it has to be in "battery priority mode" it switches frequency to 62.5 Hz when battery bank is full which disables solar array for 5 minutes (usually)

    For 13 kW solar I would go with 15 kW inverter to have some extra room. It has larger transformer and more MOSFETs on control board. When solar production goes over 12 kW and nothing in the house offsets the production (to go below 12 kW) the inverter will shutdown in 20 seconds.

    I built similar setup using 8 Tesla modules and 15 KW Sigineer inverter. I don't use frequency shift but have contractors on AC side that control grid connection and switching between battery and grid if needed (do have manual bypass switch just in case).

    Upgrading from MCU1 to MCU2 is doable, it just require swapping of IC and ECU unit. But it's not something that Tesla will do willingly. They still manufacture MCU1 units for replacements , at least as of end of last year.

    Trust me, it doesn't save anything or send anything to Tesla, what you see is most likely one of those triggers AP sent to Tesla. I don't see any artifacts that get generated on the car for sentry mode other then a lot of login in syslog and empty .mp4 files
