    TSLA Technical Analysis

I do even think ''analysis'' is a title not deserved. And if you called it ridiculous as in ''ridiculous as a clown'' (with a touch of funny) we may agree on this. I do think that even if they have their limits, technical indicators shows one thing in common : heard mentality. I'm just...

I'm not sure but I think uptick rule only applies when the price falls of 10% within the day (not in regard to previous close) : '' The Alternative Uptick Rule The 2010 alternative uptick rule (Rule 201) allows investors to exit long positions before short selling occurs. The rule is triggered...

That is an egg vs chicken question... IF oil would be massively shorted, wouldn't it be more volatile? Is oil nott volatile because it is not massively shorted?

I don't know for sure for S 3 and X. But for years, Tesla always used 4.15v on the Roadster v1 : A Bit About Batteries Could you provide source for 4.2v? I really doubt your assertion.

CCS for Model 3 in North America

Could be an good idea, either for a group buy thing or a little sideline. Anyways, you can still wait a bit for the chademo it does need software version 2019.24.x.x wich is not out "en masse" yet.. learned it AFTER purchasing it.

Trees are dumb, but the branches emplacement of a tree can be calculated by fractal. Our biological neural net obeys the same mathematical laws. And our thoughts/reasoning are made/emanates/generated of/from? ... Yes there can be some deep philosophy in technical trading/analysis ;)

CCS for Model 3 in North America

well, if you sleep there (maniwaki) or in Val d'Or you can make it. But You'll have to go 65 km further north to get to my house. Took me about 14 hours total to get back from Montreal with stops at Mont-Laurier (1h) Val d'or (2h) and Rouyn-Noranda (1h45), besides the stop at Mont-Tremblant on...

CCS for Model 3 in North America

I think we could try to get 100 people sign in for an initial order (Iwould be one). Did you got a price quote for a 100? What would be the cost for each? After that we would need to obtain those CCS to Tesla adapter in Europe (those for model s/x) But before going too far, how are we going...

    How fast is CHAdeMO charging?

Old thread but if somebody wants to help ; there is a double connector (CCS/Chademo) charging station in my area, and a model S owner have reported a voltage output on it of 310V when he uses it with his Chademo adapter. He has a model S 100D. He was wandering if it was normal to see a voltage...

    Model 3 paint wearing off

I have to say that it made me anxious too. But it is always better to know of an issue before hand than after. Now that you know, you only have to plan a budget of a couple hundreds and get some mud flaps and PPF on the rockers and at bottom of the doors. Et voilà, problème réglé. After that...

Called 2 shops, called one of them twice (3 calls total) to get PPF : the both answered and said they were out of the shop to provide proper quotes... and did not called back (sight). Of course I will get PPF, but I have the feeling that it is going to be a pain, time consuming wise. Meanwhile...

This is already in place here : we pay by the hour so the cost per kW/h goes up as the supercharger tapper off past 80%. So for 20% of charge to 80% of charge the price is the same than 80% to 100% (approx). Aren't all superchargers paid by time of utilization everywhere (apart for those with...

If customer would really only look at upfront cost, GM would not be able to sell Bolt (too small for price) and same thing for Kona. And then I don't know why are you comparing model Y with RAV4, Lexux RX would be more appropriate. That doesn't mean that comparison only hold with luxury, it...

I traded in a truck with a 100 liters tanks (diesel) and it was doing 9L/100km (24 MPG) which is comparable to any v6 gas sedan. Not only do I pay less monthly right now compared to what I was paying (vehicle + fuel) but the fuel savings alone is paying for the car on a 8 years of ownership. I...

I'll admit I am worried to ; that is part of why I did not waited for the unveil and traded ny ecodiesel for a 3AWD. But I think it will be more like a luxury pickup with a techy design, hence will not fit in my budget. Anecdotal : I had to replace my bumper before handing the truck, when I...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I disagree, we need Tesla to set a standard as to what is supposed to be an electric pickup truck. This will leave no choice for GM and Ford to take the turn if they want to stay alive.

I have to agree here, I took delivery in Montreal on the 11th an they told me that they were delivering at 1 unit per hour rate. That's 64 per week and I will add that I never saw a place selling cars so busy in my life. Maybe they could have done it for 2 per hour max with a couple more...

So he could tweet it if it gets approved ;) At this point I prefer shorts to pile on. This sword has two edges : Elon can't suggest shorts to tiptoe to the exit without approval either.
